Positives: Excellent entertainment activities. Cabins adequate for purpose but very clean. Majority of dining room staff excellent. Beautiful ship. Ship very easy to get around. Great cruise director, activities manager and captain. Mama Mia, water show Blue Planet and ice shows unbelievable.

Negatives. Activities held in venues that are too small for number of participating people yielding crowding and people sitting on floor or standing up even in the theater. Promenade activities so crowded you can't even go from one end to the other. Even though nonsmoking section in casino the entire casino reeks of cigarette smoke and the entrance near dining room to the casino also smells. Avoid casino if you are allergic to cigarette smoke.

Diamond activities were all overcrowded. Couldn't even get into the top tier event when we were given a 5:15 invitation. Told to try and come back at 730. Ship has a policy that passengers are not to use abusive or offensive language although comedians in comedy club could use the F bomb in every other sentence .....Diamond members could get at least 10 different alcohol beverages but were refused a diet coke saying they didn't have any........ Not a place to bring your mother in a wheelchair. People push into the elevators and don't help the impaired get on at all. This was a repeated problem. Need to get to shows at lease 45 minutes early to get decent seat so spent a lot of time waiting. At certain times only one place on pool deck to get towels. Lines in terminal on disembarkation.
