The service levels/competency of this vessel's management was extremely poor. As we were on back-to-back cruises first from Hong Kong to Singapore and then from Singapore to Sydney, the competency level barely nudged positive. Here are several but just a few of the many flaws:
- scheduled activities did not happen, i.e. crew leaders were no shows or on a number of occasions the times and/or locations were in error on the daily Compass; same venue booked for multiple events at same time
- the Compass was rife with errors on a daily basis and became a joke among the passengers; one minor example - first day of the Oct 22nd cruise was a Thursday...on the Compass it was a Wednesday
