This was our 5th cruise and the first and last with RCL. We had to write this critic to let future travellers beware, as all our other cruises we have been on were brilliant. Not Royal Caribbean cruise line. What a disaster getting on board at Singapore. 4 hours in a queue with passengers asking for assistance while the ships crew stood there like stunned mullets ignoring people. NO Priority boarding for members that really upset the seasoned travellers. We noticed other passengers running up and down the stairs trying to help the elderly that could barely stand in line anymore. Management need to be accountable for their lacklustre attitude. Once on-board things did not improve much. Luggage arrived outside cabins extremely late 0130am in morning. We had been advised by extended passengers staying on that all prices on-board had been raised 20% plus, to rip off the Aussies. Passengers stopped eating at the main dining room as prawns being served were off. My wife's chicken was served twice raw, fish was so dry and inedible, drinks did not arrive, plates were filthy and had to be removed, so on and so on. The Buffet food was not much better. The cabin and drink staff were fantastic. Management need a kick in the pants. Entertainment was so so, excursions a rip off, buses did not show up for one booked excursion. RCL staff were useless, they could not organise a chook raffle. Book it yourself and save a bundle. We were compelled to write this as other passengers we talked with all had similar experiences.

Cabin Review

Cabin 1688
The cabin was large and tidy. We overlooked the rear of the ship and had a large balcony. Our Cabin person was friendly and did a good job.
