Dinner on boat the long boat

We had a great trip and really enjoyed all the things we saw and did. Meet lots of wonderful people on board the long boat. The crew was very friendly and helpful. Our program directors was a fun lively gal. Saw so many things on the shore excursions. Glad we took lots of pictures to help us remember all the places we were. Although all the guides were very knowledgeable and eagerly shared their wealth of knowledge, sometimes it was almost too much. There is only so much history one was adsorb at one time. Probably would have preferred to have a little less guided time and a little more free time on most of the shore excursions. Sitting on the top deck of the boat while going down the Moselle River, the scenery was beautiful. Was disappointed that on the Main River the top deck had to be closed for safety reasons because of all the low bridges.

Thank you Viking for a wonderful trip.

The cabin was cozy, but very efficient and the bed was comfortable.
