Trip started in Lisbon, excellent hotel but room preparation bad - no soap, towels etc - obviously housekeeping stuff up. Two days there then bussed to Oporto to join boat; boarding well handled, cabin excellent and staff great. Side tours were well done, although some bus trips were a bit hairy due to buses travelling too quickly in mountainous areas. Food and wine were plentiful, and excellent quality.
