The Ruby at one time was beautiful, and the staff wonderful. This time the staff all needs a vacation. The Ruby needs dry dock. The plumbing is the major issue. Many toilets are not up to american standards. especially the smells on deck 8,9,10 aft! our neighbors were lucky enough to move, we had no luck since we were in a suite. The food was fair, the specialty dining was so rude. Specialty restaurants are becoming a joke. we made a standing reservation each night at the Crown Grill. Never have i been told to go to the dining room, they could not provide me with plain fish or chicken, REALLY, Crown Grill. The Ruby doesn't serve lunch in any restaurant during port days. You are on your own for the buffet on international cafe. which by the way is the best food on the ship! We have sailed this Mexico run for 30 times and never have we been told, sorry we are closed today! The Breakfast at Sabatinis was wonderful, staff and food, exceptional friendly, then off to the SPA. Best part of the ship. Now to say during Halloween we expect DRUNKS..but we found the crowd to be OBNOXIOUS! stay out of the hallway and party in your rooms, have fun, but not to the extent we cant get thru the hallways. Some travelers enjoy the cruise just the way we are, quiet ,relaxing and having a great time at the BAR not in the halls. The art auction was great, David we will miss you and your sense of humor. Princess is missing a great guy!
