Just recently back from a 3-day on the Carnival Sensation.
Embarkation/Debarkation: Super fast!! We are platinum and were on the ship by 11:20 on Day 1 and off the ship by 7:25 on the last day.
Food: SUPER!! We ate in the dining room every night. Did the upsale items (surf and turf or filet mignon) on two of the three nights. Did not eat buffet. Sea Day Brunch was EXCELLENT.
