Ship was fantastic despite some teething problems. All staff were friendly and helpful. Some , particularly cabin steward and restaurant staff fall into the excellent category. Food was excellent but the menu in the main restaurants failed to offer the variety we have experienced on previous cruises.

Lifts, particularly in midships were pathetic. With no stair access between decks in midships we had to use lifts to even go up or down 1 deck or walk half the length of the ship to get to another deck. Overall the lifts were too small and the lifts regularly went past decks without stopping. This may seem like a petty issue, but try living like this for 2 weeks. Also it took us 47 minutes on disembarkation day to get a lift from B deck to our exit meeting point. For a Fleet Flagship this is an embarrassment.

Cabin Review

Cabin Ha

Great cabin and balcony which were compact but not claustrophobic. Cabin Steward was fantastic and kept cabin immaculate and well stocked.

Port Reviews

Gibraltar

EAsy access with plenty of excursions on offer. We decided to do our own thing and walk around the town shops on our own. Have been before but on this visit it poured with rain to the extent that even the locals were hiding in shops to keep dry but the rain was warm and didn't do any harm. Not p&o's fault and didn't hurt our enjoyment of the visit.
