Everything about our Russian River Cruise was beyond enjoyable. The ship, Viking Truvor, was lovely and immaculate, the staff friendly, accommodating, personable, and so efficient. Our cabin was designed well and we had room to spare when all our things were put away. The bed and pillows were so, so comfortable that we slept like babies every night. We've traveled a lot internationally and thought we couldn't be "surprised" by things we'd see in Russia. We knew things would be impressive, but there are no words to explain the degree of beauty in the palaces, churches, and museums. It just took our breath away.

Viking arranged wonderful tours and provided very interesting on-boat presentations. We came home with our heads spinning from how lovely are Moscow and St. Petersburg. And I can't forget to praise the leisurely cruise between the two cities on the Volga and the interesting stops along the way. All in all, we would rate this river cruise as one of our most wonderful vacations, and we will certainly be traveling again with Viking! We have NO complaints.
