Very comfortable.  Good layout and all the amenities.  Very attentive attendants.

Would have liked to get a bit closer to Sagrada Familia -- very difficult to see from the bus.  Would be nice to get out from time to time.

Sorrento is gorgeous but time was too limited.  By the time you have lunch, the bus is ready to leave.  Pompeii could use a full day (or two).

Great guide.  Interesting and informative tour,

Somewhat disappointing.  Spent 3/4 of an hour outside the colliseum but did not go in (not included).  Some driving around and a lot of walking.  Let off at the Vatican and very disappointed to find that the museum was closed.
For me it was my fourth visit so had an idea where I was and where to go.  Would have been totally lost otherwise.

This was a paid tour that was not as good as most of the free tours we took.  Guide basically dropped us off with a poor map and a pitch for her friend's leather goods store and that was that.  We were lucky to get into the Uffizi and spent a nice afternoon,

Also much appreciated the no additional charges policy especially the wines with dinner and shore excursions.Food was excellent and very much appreciated the efforts made to please.
