I have been on three NCL cruises and this was the most disappointing. We were not informed until 5:30pm that there was a mechanical issue with the ship and we would be delayed leaving. We were told that the delay would be until 10pm and it was actually about 4am the next day.

We chose the Ultimate Drink Package and was never told that while we were held in the Port of Tampa that sales tax on the free drinks would be applied. We found out looking at our stateroom account for a credit we were supposed to receive. The pools in the kids area were closeed the first day while stuck in Tampa.

The big slides in the main pool were also closed the first day. It was very disappointing for our grandson's that came with us. The ship was under prepared for the drink promotion. They ran out of common things like drink mixes on day 3.

Cabin Review

Inside

Cabin IX

Not really meant for 4 people. There are two single beds, a bunk on the wall and a pull out cot under one of the beds. It is very hard to get out of bed to go to the restroom. The bathrooms are better than most cruiselines.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

Very commercial. Easy to get to what you want. Wifi a bit easier to find.
