This was my 10th cruise on NCL but my first out of Boston and first to Bermuda. I have been on the Dawn twice and it is not overwhelming like some of the newer larger ships. Embarkation/disembarkation was easy and smooth however the Boston port people outside are outright hostile. I asked 3 different people for information and got an attitude each time. NCL needs to address tis with the port authority.

I had an ocean view cabin which was fine. My room stewardess could not have been better. I think the food on this ship was much better than my last cruise which was on the Pearl. The presence and interactions of the senior cruise officers during the entire cruise shows me that NCL is trying to improve their customer service which I think has been slipping. I think the entertainment could have been better however. Patti and Jose were fantastic and we chose to watch them over the main shows. Beverage service at the pool area was slow at best but most bartenders were great. Overall it was a very enjoyable cruise.

The room was good. The stewardess could not have been better. I pointed out 2 minor issues with the room and they were corrected within an hour by maintenance.
