Cabin: Balcony Stateroom with Bath/Shower

The last time we travelled on a P&O ship was in the 1960's on the Orcades.

Having read many of the reviews we were somewhat apprehensive about the Dress Code as having travelled on many other cruise line from here in Australia and other parts of the world we thought it a tad over the top. None the less we adapted and understood that it is the tradition for most British Cruisers to want to have a more for a more formal atmosphere during the evenings on board.

We really enjoyed Aurora. She is well founded and though shows her age in parts, especially on the balcony, she is a good mid size ship that has most of the elements that one wants.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom with Bath/Shower

Cabin IB

Good size, plenty of room for clothes etc..

TV channel selection poor. Movies need updating.

Bed very comfortable. Bathroom good size as was shower.

Port Reviews

Venice

Due our late arrival in Dubrovnik the ship stayed on until Midnight and as a consequence up on this "extra" tour.

For the 3 groups this private tour in the evening was excellent as was the journey by ferry from and back to the ship.

Seville

Visited Tip Pepe winery before going on to see the Andulusian Horse Show.

Magic day.
