We got off to a rocky start with the ship not leaving until 3:00 a.m. the following morning due to engine trouble. This caused a change in the order of the ports we visited. Not a big deal, but all the times for the shore excursions also changes, which wasn't communicated.

Our cabin steward, Alex, was great and the room was always great!

I feel the ship was way understaffed, some in the dining rooms, but especially in the bar areas. There was always a line at each bar and there was almost never a wait staff to take your order, so you had no option but to stand in line.

The cabin was very comfortable and our steward Alex was great.

Port Reviews

We had a group of 6, so we were able to get a larger cab. We were told a ride to the port was $25. On the way to the port the taxi driver said it was $10 more because it was the larger taxi, but he said we did not have to pay it when I said I was going to call the guy who put us in the cab, to verify.

Costa Maya

Did some shopping.
