Our room was wonderful, suite 9202 right under the bridge, so we had a great view. Our butler (Dominic) was fantastic bringing us coffee and hot water every morning promptly at 7am. Couldn't use the coffee maker in our suite because it made enough noise to wake up the dead...geez! The one thing that we really could have used was a microwave as the coffee gets cold quickly. Our concierge (Elvina) was very attentive to our needs also. A real nice lady and seemed to find us and check on us while dining. Ah yes, I guess I should list the complaints that we had as well. 1) Unlimited beverages should include water and coffee bar. I can get a straight shot of whiskey for free, but I have to pay for coffee? Who came up with that? 2) The food in Moderno Churrascaria was mediocre at best except for the lamb which was excellent. The service was terrible!!! Even a table behind us told them to go to our table and serve us! The maitre d' called and apologized the next day and sent us a bottle of wine (house red) but we couldn't get it exchanged for the wine that we preferred. Why not? We have a Brazilian place here and you have to beat them off with a stick to keep them from coming to your table! The filet was so overcooked that it was inedible. 3) Excursions are WAY overpriced for what you receive. But we are experienced with cruising, so we wait until the ship docks and then book someone on the dock! 4) Hold on...this should be #1...getting through the line in San Diego was the WORST we have EVER experienced!!! In Seattle, we were taken to a specific area and given coffee and cookies! 5) We tried the buffet a couple times and felt it was lacking in taste and overall variety. And good luck finding a place to sit at busy times...just before docking at a port. It's a shame that you have to have a suite in order to have a good breakfast! The menu offerings in the two dining rooms should change once in awhile...same-o-same-o. The entertainment and the people who ran the shows were fabulous...Tim the comedian was terrific.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony
Cabin MB 9202
Overall, the cabin is wonderful except: the shower is tiny, we used the one in the tub exclusively. Needed a microwave. Coffee maker sounds like a diesel engine. And it sure wouldn't hurt to have a few more channels to chose from.
