Ship was full of glitz, computerised booking for dining, shows etc. Over-run by unaccompanied kids right up to midnight. No timeslots for the pool for kids. Windjammer, excellent as always, but over-full. Crew unable to speak much English, little interaction with guests.most crew recruited from different areas to other cruises I have been on, and again, not able to answer queries due to little understanding of English.
Bad value for money. Booked for the show. Got there, the theatre was full! Only offered seats on the front row and deafened by a 20ft speaker. Ended up sat on a step.
everyone we spoke to over 50 had the same low opinion.
Duty free closed! Not heard of the 3 mile limit. We were well out of that.
ports were literally a dump! Charged $24 for a shuttle bus journey to a small shopping area.
Advertised a packed lunch service. Only available if going on an excursion.
suggest R.C.I. change to Rotterdam and Ghent. for a sampler cruise on a glitzy interactive ship. Not everyone wants to pay a fortune for a coach excursion.
This cost me more than Scandinavia and Russia 12 days.
not recommended at all.Delighted to be on the transfer coach going home.
Very good, even got a kettle! Lack of sugar and milk. No coffee. No fridge. Doors very stiff. Noisy neighbours.
Beautiful quaint town. Cafes, restaurants. Tastful shops. Very hilly, cobbled streets. Well worth €120
View All undefined undefined ReviewsAwful. No port shopping. A long walk, in Belgium. A taxi cost €10 to a Mall and train station.
La Havre is a joke. 1 tatty building. Small cafe, souvernier shop and a guy hoping to sell paintings.
As stated. Lehavre is crumby. I thought there would be a cruise terminal not a rundown building that looked like a wartime hangar.
