I had such high hopes for this cruise line. I have always been told by others that Royal Caribbean takes care of their guests and that's it's more prestious than any other cruise line. Ha. That's a joke. We went with another couple who had issues with their sea pass cards and other minor issues. My room was suppose to be in the same hall as my friends. Nope, we were on the same deck, but we had to go up two floors, then down two floors to get to our room from theirs. Royal pain. Anyway, brought the issue to guest services, could not care a less. Conflicting answers with another issue, visas. Online said said no need for visas, however, when we arrived on ship, different story. It was frustrating. We spent our first night at guest services waiting in lines and more lines.
The rest of the cruise was rudeness from crew, inconveniences, and the entertainment was subpar. The cruise director and his staff were fantastic, but the shows were not entertaining. The shore excursions were phenomenal but they went through the ship. We booked on our own.
The children's club was a joke as well. It was only available 9-12, then 2-5, then 7-10 and everything after 10 was $7 an hour. My husband and I couldn't do anything really without our daughter because we had to turn around and pick her up every three hours. The only time where she could stay through lunch is shore excursion days but we booked activities for her too off the ship.
