I am going to preface my review by saying it was first cruise and my girlfriend’s third, I had heard about the amount of food that is available and similar points so I did not go into this blindly
Good Points – Plenty of activities during the day and at night, shows were very good including Heart. Staff was pleasant and responsive. Entertainment staff especially the cruise director really like their work and it shows. My time dining was a good idea as we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated.
Bad Points – Food in the main dining room was not great and often times entree was served closer to cold that hot, Not enough time in port to do much except Cozumel, 6 or 7 hours is not enough time when you factor in tenders and getting on/off the ship.
Room was clean and large enough for 2, glad we opted for the balcony. I did encounter the “smell” I read about passing certain rooms by the elevators.
Stayed at the Springhill suites near Miami Hospital, the room was clean breakfast was ok. Nothing within walking distance though
