Service all around the ship was terrible, the staff was rude and angry.
Every activities is spoken In Italiano.
The food was really bad, on every restaurants, i tried Them all.
The samsara spa was A mess, bad service, not organised og planned at all, They Can not handle A situation In rough sea, the staff gets sick, the guest gets sick, and the guest who Can handle the rough sea is not informed about Any delays, it was panic all over, They are not trained to manage A situation like that.
We took our kids to the squok babysitting, not once They we're offert something to drink, when we Pick Them up, They we're thirsty and scared.
The safety was scaringly bad. 3 times i ask for kids life jacket to our cabin, once at the drill, and once to the service information, and finally to the manager, WE NEVER GOT THEM !!!!
Thinking about costas history, Thats unacceptable.
We spent more than 10.000 euros on that Cruise, it was not even worth 1 euro.
the only positive onboard was Mario, the guy who clean our cabin, he was always smileing, always knock on our door and informed us what he was doing, and best of all informed us immedly when there was something he could not do Right away. That was service. the rest of the staff could learn A lot from him. Costa cant afford to loose A guy like him
