Lets start with embarkation in San Diego not the most fun, lines that zigzagged thru the whole terminal but check in quick after getting to the desk. The good the cabin size was good and the location was perfect for us.
Clean cabin our steward was like a ghost never saw him but things were well taken care of.
Entertainment was good. The Frankie Valli tribute band was excellent, and the couple that did Whitney Houston songs was great. Now the not so good stuff, A/C in the Garden cafe was out the whole time 11 days , it was just miserable to go there for food between 12.00 and 3.00 so hot and stuffy and the Sun never once opened up a dining room to serve lunch in fact the dining rooms were never opened for lunch at all, how can this be when you have passengers stay on the ship and want to enjoy a sit down lunch instead of quick food and hanging with the people coming back from shore this was just weird for us, never had a ship dining room not open for lunch. Some of the lounges music could be improved upon but we still listened. The shows always over lapped on time which made it difficult to see all of them, which was sad sometimes we just went and walked the ship no sense in coming in 15 mins. late. Food well lets just say if you did not eat in a specialty place the food was just ok, enough things were served that you could find something you liked , bland. Buffet closed way to early, and late night snacks were almost the same every night, if you went to the sports bar for late night snack chicken tenders etc. took a long time to get food . Debarkation was nothing but rows of people going in circles, but we did make our flight in time. All luggage was found and off we went. Another NCL cruise maybe but would really need to think about that.
Good size plenty of storage, balcony large enough to sit and enjoy the views. Even though were we under deck eleven were the pool is we only heard noise twice excellent place to be towards the aft elevators so easy to get to buffet and outside to walk.
