Our fourth Celebrity Cruise and service, accommodations, meals were excellent. That said, the volume of the ever present music was overwhelming. It ruined the enjoyment of the Martini Bar, it bled over into the Molecular Bar, it competed with music from other sources.

I am not sure who likes music so loud that you cannot have a conversation, but that seems to be the conventional wisdom. When we and several other customers asked if the volume could be reduced we were told that the sound level ( in excess of 68 dba, yes I'm an engineer) was the Martini experience and that we could move to another bar.

Will this situation keep me from Celebrity again, NO, but I will now explore other cruise lines instead of looking at and booking on only Celebrity..

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 1

Cabin C1

Very comfortable, immaculately clean, with a great shower.

Port Reviews

Barcelona

The Sagrada Familia is a must as well as the new Gaudi Museum

Las Ramplas and its markets are a rare treat

Gibraltar

Used one of the non-Celebrity tour guides and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If you can find Rose, she is the one to take.... Knowledgeable, entertaining, and just a delight.

Do not shop in Galaxy Electronics.....they are not to be trusted under any circumstances

Lisbon

An incredible city. We will come back there and spend more time in the future. be sure to ride the Tuc-Tucs. A great way to see the City. Be sure to visit the Sexiest WC.

It is a lively vibrant City.

Malaga

A delightful city, clean, energetic, friendly.

The Picasso Museum is very well done and worth the visit.

Avoid the Glass Museum unless you have hours to spend listening to an ego maniac. But he does have an incredible collection of glass .. This is NOT art glass but rather stained glass windows, stem ware, rare pieces in a wonderful house.

Cartagena (Spain)

A nice town with good food

Seville

We stayed in Cadiz and enjoyed it

Palma de Mallorca (Majorca)

Enjoyable to just walk around and see the sights
