We so enjoyed this cruise - our seventh with MSC. There was absolutely nothing you could complain about. The food was wonderful and so many different choices to enjoy it was cooked beautifully, served hot and nicely presented. The ship was gorgeous and so well kept. every area was clean and fresh. Entertainment was delightful and very enjoyable with various activities and a different show on in the theatre every night. You were never at a loss for something great to do.

The staff were absolutely great. The animation team worked really hard and gave the passengers some wonderful parties and entertained everyone with lots of really great activities. I have to say they were the best animation team (cruise or hotel) we have had the pleasure of watching and enjoying. They were loved by all the passengers. So a big thank you to you all especially Falsto. The staff who waited on our table each evening went the extra mile to make our meals an absolute pleasure. Thanks to Wiranuada from Indonesia and Tony Calderon from Elsalvador - we were so pleased to know you and hope that we will meet again on another cruise. Thanks Tony for the lovely bird you made me from serviettes.

Although all the staff were excellent my biggest thanks go to Gisele who waited in the Aft Lounge. What a delightful person she is. I use a wheelchair and Gisele went out of her way to be of help - again the cruise would not have been the same without her. So a massive thank you to Gisele.
