Was on the Navigator in 2013 and had bad experiences. It was going in to be refurbished . RCCL was so gracious to give us a discount for our many problems with our state room. The updated ship was great. Our room was wonderful, all the staff was great, we enjoyed our cruise so much more than before. The food was excellent. The mingle and meet was very nice. A lot of members already knew each other from the roll call. Great time to meet new cruisers. We enjoyed the growth at the berth in Jamica with new business. Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville was the best for free wi fi. Look up Laura to wait on you she goes beyond just being a waitress. We didn't have to go into town all the shopping you could want is right outside your ship. We would do it again.

The entertainment was 5 star. The ice skating is a must. The entertainers we almost Vegas Style. The hot tubs were HOT not only heat but with the friends we met in early AM. Be sure you check the new Flowrator surfing. If you don't want to try, just watching was entertaining.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

2 cabins from elevators. Never heard any noise from the guest except in early morning when they were going to breakfast. People forget some are not early risers and talk while walking down hallway.
