We are Elite Plus members with Celebrity and usually cruise with them, however, due to schedules we booked a suite for the three of us on the IOS. We found this to be a very relaxing cruise and one we would do again if Celebrity was not available. The ship and our room were very clean. Christopher our cabin attendant was engaging and efficient. We were able to have breakfast each morning in Chops and found Megan, Mimi, Milan and David ready to serve us with smiles and warm greetings. We used the adult pool which was quiet with a bar right next to us and servers always around. The production shows were professional and the ice show a crowd pleaser for everyone. We did find they continued to run out of higher priced wines on the premium package however Mark and others at the Scooner bar made sure they had our selections on hand. Raj in the concierge lounge was outgoing and handled our requests timely. He knew everyone's name and made everyone feel welcome. We ate one night at Johnnie Rockets (the last night) just so we could relax and enjoy our balcony with a glass of wine and not be on a timetable. A most relaxing evening.

Two of our favorite events included a cabana over the water at Laberdee. What fun to be in the clear water and have an attendant bring your frozen drinks. A real treat! Also, we did the Chef's dinner. What a wonderful experience with a variety of wines served. The table companions were so engaging that no one wanted to leave the table.

I am always surprised when I read negative reviews by passengers. Obviously they do not open themselves up to new experiences and just enjoy the cruise. Staff were so friendly and would go out of their way to assist. For us it was pure fun and relaxation. Spa services were very good, also. We cruised on Freedom of the Seas last October (again due to cruise dates) and found the IOS to be a step above but still fun. Enjoy this ship and staff if it works into your cruising plans.

Lot s of room. A real luxury. We booked late so this was the only cabin open in concierge class. Beautiful room, setting and balcony.
