1. The food - both the quality and the temperature of the food at every restaurant from the buffet to the top dollar Cagneys was served cold, over salted or tasteless. The quality ranged from OK to inedible. Example: ordered Lobster Fra Diavlo at La Cucina - premium restaurant, premium item. Served 1/2 of a .5 lb lobster (I do mean tiny). The lobster had no claw, and nothing in tail portion - already removed. So it had nothing but the tiny legs and the midsection - considering you pay 19.95 to get into the restaurant and then 7.99 for the lobster, it was a bit ridiculous.

2. Cleanliness - waiter dropped lettuce on the floor in the Manhattan Club. That lettuce leaf was stepped over at least 20 times and no one picked it up. In the Buffet, a passenger dropped a cookie. The manager pushed the cookie to the side of the hallway rather than pick it up.

3. Staff - most of the staff did everything they could to avoid eye contact and offer service. Go to a bar for a drink with the $64 a day Ultimate Drink Package, and then watch 2 bartenders talk to each other rather than come and serve you a drink (Oh by the way, the $64 does not include water).

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BX

the cabin was OK. The balcony was tiny - could sit in a chair sideways - not facing the ocean.

the attendant didn't speak English very well. The only thing we asked him to do was to turn off the balcony light in the adjacent room which was on day and night for 3 days and he refused. Not sure if he understood.
