The cabin service and dining service were very good The specialty Crown Grill restaurant was excellent in every way with great service and very good steak with twin lobster tails

The smoking area deck 15 after port side (yes I'm a smoker) was real good with a nice seating arrangement with someone constantly coming around to clean the ashtrays and always asking if you wanted coffee, water or ice tea.

Having cruised on the Grand before I was very disappoint with the condition of the ship. There were many plumbing problems, leaks with buckets below near the elevators and Horizon Court buffet, Our toilet wouldn't flush a day later it overflowed and on another day wouldn't flush again and used the public restroom which didn't flush either. The public restrooms has cracked or missing tiles as well On our return to the ship via tender I noticed that the hull need to be repainted. Read more
