We booked this for a "cheap & cheerful" break, and after reading criticisms of this ship we were pleasantly surprised.
Embarkation was quick and easy, less than half an hour from luggage pick-up through security, US customs, check in and on board. Met by welcome personnel on board to answer any questions.
Ship is dies not quite have the luxury finish of Cunard or as pristine as HAL but generally OK and much friendlier.

Good clean cabin, well laid out. Not quite the "luxuries" of some other cruise lines though better shower space than Cunard. Excellent service. Good location - ideal amidships for open sea voyage.
