Food- Very disappointed with the food on the Liberty of the Seas. The food was terrible. The temperature of food in the Main Dining area was warm at best. Never hot. Beef was not edible. Looked like processed beef. Beef was full of fat and gristle that when you cut it out you had 4 bites of meat left. Steaks were 1/4" inch thick and like shoe leather. Lobster tail was tough and tasteless. Fish was dry. The variety was not there either. Breakfast was the same every day- no variety. Sorrentos Pizza was cold and bland, in a case with no heat lamps. Tasted like a slice of American cheese on top of cardboard. The wait staff would clear the tables at Sorrentos but never wipe them off, they were filthy. Same sandwiches every day at Café Promenade. No variety. Huge piece of bread with one paper thin slice of meat. Desserts at Café Promenade were terrible- tasteless. Same every day. Windjammer food was worse than cafeteria food. The food quality was a 0-1. We always looked forward to the great food on other cruises. Other passengers were all complaining about the food.

Stateroom- Had an interior room overlooking the Royal Promenade. It was really nice. Stateroom attendant Barbara was really friendly and kept the room sparkling. Loved the animal towels

Entertainment- Entertainment was fabulous. Shows were wonderful. Loved the Ice Skating show and Saturday Night Fever. Loved the comedians and impressionist. Last night show was terrific with the stunt comedian.
