Everything was excellent. Easy and quick embarkation and debarkation were a pleasure. Staff was alwaysolite and cheerful. Service was prompt. Ship was clean. Food presentation and service was very good. Enjoyed dining in the MDR. We enjoyed one dinner at the Tuscan Grill. Captain's Club hostess, Donna, was very informative and helpful. Jamie Petts, the new hotel director, was in contact with guests. He was often seen chatting with guests. He is doing a superb job. Our cabin steward was also great. The Captain was a funny and charming. Entertainment was good. We enjoyed the ports. We did not book excursions from the ship. We had been to all of the ports on previous trips. We did hire a private guide for our stay in Israel. In other ports, we went places by public transportation or on foot. The highlight was visiting the New Acropolis Museum in Athens. Weather was very good.
