My cruise was perfect! The ship is so clean and well maintained that you could eat off of the bathroom floor! Housekeeper Angelica was always available whenever I left my room to clean and tidy up. The personal attention I received from the restaurant staff was amazing. I am a food preparer's worst nightmare - I am a vegetarian, lactose intolerant, and allergic to shellfish. Yet, every day the maitre d' Yochem met with me to discuss the menu and what would be appropriate for me to eat. He would even have a special preparation of the meal for me if necessary. The servers were also alerted to my food requirements and we we careful not to serve me anything contrary to my diet. Servers Alana and Maggie were perfect. Pasta chef Dennis always cooked my meals with my needs in mind.The food was amazing and so well presented.

The cabins were large and the furnishings comfortable. The ship tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful, especially Julia, the on-ship events fun and informative, and the free wi-fi and computers on board were all so very appreciated. The included tours were excellent with great optional tours available, Doug did a wonderful job planning the itinerary. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough positive things about my Viking experience. I plan to use Viking again and have wholeheartedly recommended it to my family and friends.
