Seen one MSC Fantasy class ship seen them all (we had previously been on Magnifica), BUT despite similarities they do have unique touches.

The nightly theatre entertainment was good (not stunning or amazing) - but certainly enjoyable and a nice touch to each night (shows lasting 30 - 45 minutes - well by the time you take the 5 language translations out less actual SHOWTIME...) :-)

The mix of Med and Atlantic ports was great - we especially loved Canary Islands and Madeira Islands - both places we had never considered visiting previously and delightfully different.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

We were in cabin 10173 - good size and lovely colours BUT due to the design of Splendida this cabin has severely restricted views. It is a corner overlooking the lifeboats and as such the balcony has a solid wall blocking half of the view:-(

Disappointing for what is meant to be considered a better quality cabin. It is very centrally located BUT restricted cabin viewing.
