All of the staff were very helpful and efficient. My sister and brother in law and I were traveling with three ladies that have both mental and physical challenges and we needed special assistance for them throughout our cruise. The staff was very accommodating and helpful at every turn.

We had excellent service in the dining room provided by Sudana, Prieys, and Nestor. They made us feel so special.We hope to see them again on future cruises.

The cabin was kept clean and it was comfortable. The towel animals etc was a nice touch. I was able to receive wake up calls when needed and room service for breakfast when I needed. The excursions were well organized and the tour guides were excellent. Maria de Carmen and Marcos did a great job on the Merida excursion and Alex was a great tour guide on the Passion Island excursion.Alex explained everything very well and was very informative and efficent. I was not worried at all during the excursion, I knew that Alex would make sure that everything would go well and we would make it back to the ship on time and safley. The sailors and the Captain on the catamaran on the excursion were very skilled and friendly taking special care for the safety of all. I loved the live bands on board. The DJ was very entertaining. I appreciate how clean the ship was,and how friendly the crew was. I loved the comidean the cruise director his assistant and the shows in the Rome theater.The excursions were great. I can't wait for my next cruise with Carnival.
