We are Gold level society members on the Regent Cruise Line and are loyal customers. But sailing on the Navigator has given us second thoughts about ever sailing on Regent again.

We spent 31 days on the Regent Navigator traveling from Vancouver to Alaska with our final destination at New York. Our observations of this ship is as follows:

1. The vibration on this ship is unacceptable and is most notable in the rear. We watched our wine glasses almost vibrate off the table. We could not eat our dinners in the specialty restaurant, Prime 7, without getting nauseated from the vibration.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Suite

The carpet and drapes were are worn and stained. The balcony chairs and table had white paint spots on them and were uncomfortable. The bathroom carbinet doors would not stay closed and kept slamming during rough seas awakening us during the night. The bathtub had raw sewage in it during rough seas even with the drain plug closed.
