Overall I must say that we did have a good time. However there were several things that need improvement.

The first thing is the bar service. We could not get any service in any of the lounges or the theater and had to find a bar to get our own drinks. we had purchased the drinks package and was disappointed that it was a waste of money when you cannot get what you paid for.

Our dining room waiter seemed to be in a bad mood most of the time and was very slow on serving us. The last night we were seated at 6.10 pm and our first course arrived at 6.50 pm. It was unacceptable. We almost left to go to the buffet. Read more
