The night before we departed I noted online they were still selling cabins. When we checked in I was surprised that the cabin was one Floor One (no longer using names). I stood in guest services trying to get that changed, to no avail since they lied and said they were full. After I left Guest Services I was told we were no longer going to Bermuda due to in climate weather, but rather to Puerto Rico, Grand Turk, and St. Thomas. (a far more inferior cruise). We were to be refunded $45.00 in port fees since we would not be staying in port at Bermuda for 3-4 days. Also, we were to be offered 25% discount on a future cruise with stipulations on length of future cruise.

Our cabin appeared neat and clean. We noticed the reading light bedside was out and 3 work orders and 2 days later it was finally fixed. It took 24 hours to get ice delivered the room. The Lido Buffet never changed its menu the whole 8 days. Guys Burgers and the Mexican Restaurant were good. We were on a wait list for evening dining at 6 pm the whole cruise. We were to go to one floor, get a ticket, then go to another floor to eat in a dining room. The rolls were only French bread and a simple roll every night, no variety. One time I never got my Caesar Salad. Two baked potatoes were returned because they were not cooked through before she gave up. My cabin mate also returned her prime rib because she needed it a bit more cooked only to have the next prime rib delivered with GRAVY. In the dining room, Escargot was dripping in butter and had no bread crumbs stuffed mushrooms were only half of a mushroom surrounded in stuffing.

Back up in Lido, they had to lines converge at breakfast time at the bacon platter...talk about a back up. The omelet stations (2) were well equipped with about 10 hot plates but only 1 man working at a station. After a long wait, I opted for the powdered eggs. In line, I was chatting with a lady with an omelet and asked her if she had waited long for her omelet and she said "No, but our breakfast ordered to the room never came." I heard that more than once...and another where they brought the coffee pot, 2 croissants, creamers, etc, but only one cup for the couple. The server never offered to bring another cup either. I wanted to watch the #1 College football team play on Saturday and went to the sports lounge only to have the bartender ask one man which game he wanted to watch and then switched to the game of that man's choice. I went to watch my game in my room.

Cabin Review

Interior Upper/Lower

Cabin 1A

Cabin was okay. It took 3 work orders to get the reading light fixed. It took 24 hours to get our ice brought to our cabin. A small table between the twin beds would be helpful.
