Greetings,

Things I would recommend to check and know about first.

The upgrade fairy called at 4 pm the day before sailing, so for $650 total, got the Grand Suite!

Grand Suite

Cabin GS

Very similar to other suites on other lines we have been on. Very nice bed and linens, great service. The AC does not keep the room cool, other lines, we could adjust temperature to our preference, not Carnival's, they do this to save money, but for a Suite it annoyed us.

The sound from the hallway was something else we had never encounter. They were kids running up and down and you could hear things we had never encountered before.

Plenty of storage, great bathroom, two sinks, no special amenities like Spa quality products.

Nice big windows and balcony, had them clean the outside of the windows and make the view much better.

TV needs working on, a few pay per view movies, quality of picture not very good, and 2 free movie channels, with really old movies.
