This is our second cruise with NCL. The Norwegian Dawn is one of the not so huge cruise ship as it in fashion today, with about 2200 passengers and about 1300 crew members only. Embarkation was orderly and smooth, unlike the disembarkation in Quebec City with one very steep ladder way out only. Getting off the ship took over 2 hours.

We were staying in Balcony Stateroom at 10th deck. The stateroom is smaller then the same stateroom on the HAL cruise line, for example. There are one tiny bedside table near the bad and very a narrow space between the wall and the bed. But the bathroom is very comfortable.

If you selecting this ship, beware to wait in line. Everywhere. For everything. But usually the line moves pretty fast, except one case. It was very cold and rainy at the cruise deck in the Gaspe (Canada). But we had to wait half an hour in the line to get back into the boat.
