Sail Date: Sep 2015

Sailed on AOS, southern itinerary leaving from San Juan. As always, we arrived day before scheduled sailing to avoid possible perils associated with arriving day of sailing such as missed air connections. Stayed at Condado Hilton in one of there supposed better rooms. We've stayed in the Condado area a number of times in the past...never seems to get much better...always a "tick" off the mark. Hotels in this area are definitely not what you'd expect if you were staying in an upscale hotel in continental U.S. Seems no matter which property you stay at the rooms are in need of some rework.

As we are Diamnd level members of RCCL Crown & Anchor Society we took advantage of perks extended for quick(er) checkin/boarding. Always seems like way to many cars, shuttles, people, etc. given location of PanAmerican Pier. You'd think by now, RCCL would have made improvements to this area.

We'd give RCCL high marks on maintenance of Adventure of the Seas. Everything aboard ship was very clean and in good working order. Our outside balcony cabin was located midship Deck 9. Our cabin attendant "Amy" was extremely polite and efficient...she handled all our requests with a smile.
