We went on the Breakaway to Bermuda from September 20-27. In a nutshell, it was the best vacation I have gone on in years. My boyfriend and I decided to take this trip a few months back and we are so glad we did. We are in our 30s and wanted to go away but not spend a ton of money. I have been on a few cruises before including Carnival, Royal and other Norwegian boats. This was my boyfriends first so he left everything up to me.

There were 3 things that sold me on this cruise...Ultimate Beverage Package perk, leave out of New York and the 2 and a half days in Bermuda itinerary. I have been very much looking forward to writing this review as it has bothered me reading all the negative things people have said in the months leading up to my departure. I will go into detail about our experiences but I want to share with you the most important thing that will help you have an amazing trip like I did. PEOPLE.....DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!!! I cannot say that enough. It blows my mind how people can complain about things that they actually have COMPLETE control over(if they were to gather information and make choices) but choose to do nothing about. Come on, today you can find just about anything you want on the internet. ALL the information you need is there for the taking so make sure you take advantage of it on the website, in reviews and in the forums.

Everything I will tell you is just my opinion and you don't have to agree but it was reading all the reviews before my cruise from others that aided in the planning of my fabulous trip.
