Msc was a big disappointment. The fact that they do not have ice tea or lemonade for you to drink is ridiculous. They do not cater to American cruisers.Americans like to have coffee with dinner at a formal dinning room, it was not available and they would not go get it. The portions and choices in the main dinning room were horrible.
They did not have very many activities to kids and they were not allowed to join in with the adults in the games.
The organization of the customs on the ship was HORRIBLE AND UNORGANIZED. We were 3 hours late getting off in Amsterdam because of msc! They did not have control over the passengers and were not organized at all.
