  • Sail Date: Sep 2015
  • Destination: the British Isles & Western Europe
  • Cabin Type: Balcony

I like the size of the Star, we were on it last year in the Baltic also. I love the SPA.

The food is fairly good with rather slow service in the main dining room. I am not a buffet fan so only wandered up there occasionally where the food selection was actually much better.

The staff on the ship is good and they were all looking forward to getting back to Florida. Seemed most of them were due for time off.

The shows were not so hot and I skipped them as I usually do. The casino was fun although they took my favorite machine out.

I can recommend the Star for the Spa and how easy it is to get around.

There were six of us traveling together and I am sure they all had a good time.

We started off in a Obstructed cabin - really OBSTRUCTED and after five days had to move to a balcony for our sanity..
