Sailed out of Baltimore on a 6 night cruise to Bermuda. Baltimore is an excellent port to sail from unloaded luggage parked car and checked in all within 20 minutes and was onboard at 1:00pm room was ready . Had JS 8066 nice room in good condition (no pole at foot of bed) and room steward George gave us excellent service. I would say that even though the ship is on the older side it has been kept in good condition.

Found the food to be just average not great not terrible but nothing to rave about. Ate twice in Giovanni's table the Italian restaurant and was not impressed with the selection or the food the one veal dish I got was so tough I could not eat it. I complained but was not offered any resolution other than the waiter saying he would tell the cook. Ate in Chops and the steaks were excellent along with great service and atmosphere.

Found the drinks at the bars good with generous pours average cost for a standard cocktail is $11.80 with the 18% tip added. Diamond lounge was great. Great service along with food and cocktails every night from 4:30- 8:00pm. Casino was hot and smokey and the machines are very tight easy to blow your money quickly with very little play. The weather was horrible 20 ft seas and 40+ MPH winds all the way to Bermuda then clouds and rain in Bermuda but that is the weather you can expect sailing in late September and not the Captain or crews fault but many passengers seemed to believe it was and took out their frustration on the crew which I felt was very unfair.
