i was so looking forward to my first cruise everybody had told me how wonderful they are.we got the coach and all was very good with this.embarkaion was also swift enough and not difficult. Suitcases came as soon as we got into our room, Jose our cabin attendant was about and very pleasant. On entering the bathroom there was a terrible smell of stale urine, just like a men's public toilets my god I could of vomited, my husband went to find Jose who straight away came and cleaned it all. We had a superior balcony room so box of chocolates were in room and champagne on ice. We got canapés twice whilst on board but never saw any flowers, unless they meant the plastic orchid in room?

We were assigned on freedom dining in the meridian. Always found us a table for two straight away, most waiters were pleasant and happy all except wine waiter. Miserable and no interactive pleasantness at all. Food was not too bad I would say on par with a nice pub menu, not enough vegetables for my liking and you could not order extra. We gave up with the buffets they were terrible not an awful lot of choice and absolutely crowded never find a table and when. You did it was usually taken but no way of knowing. They were one of the worst buffet experiences I've ever had. Sindhu was absolutely fantastic, the food was to die for and the service second to non.we went twice on a a and b night. If they had of had more menus we would of gone every night.

I never thought I would go on. Cruise and be confronted with so many chavs, it was like being in Blackpool. Around the pool was just so crowded with tattooed load scruffy embarrassing people. I hated the crowded spaces on sea days couldn't find seats anywhere and no quiet places. Even our balcony did not fit this remit as the two people next door used the balcony for smoking on.
