This is the third cruise line we have gone on and the worst. The ship cabins are small, there were three of us and two had to share a bunk bed. Good thing the third person was younger because it would’ve taken a lot of effort for me to get up and down off of it. We purchased the ultimate beverage package which was $446 for each of us and didn’t include specialty coffees or water. We are not big alcohol drinkers so we got a refund. The food on the ship was mediocre. There were few changes in the menu from day to day and the worst part was they served the meals and coffee lukewarm. Not until we complained on the fourth day that we would like it hot did we get it. The public bathrooms were always in need of a mopping, the floors were always wet. The staff was very nice and accommodating and we had a great steward on the 9500 deck. The entertainment was not great. The singers were not good. I spent most of my free time sitting out on the pool deck or in the casino. Maybe if I hadn’t gone on Celebrity Cruise first I wouldn’t have been so disappointed. The tours and the guides were great. Venice is amazing and the Greek Islands were beautiful and their food was wonderful.
