We had a stateroom balcony where we had very loud neighbors which we had call guest services the first two days, we asked to be changed to another room and they denied this option to us. The third day loud people in the hallway at 3:30 am, the fourth day the door was banging and woke us up also, the fith day the bathroom was having a terrible smell and they also woke us up with some cleaning they were doing in another balcony. The milk was rotten. We couldnt have one peacefull day. The food was not good either. The tour we chose in Jamaica was not close to what the explanation was, it was a VIP restaurant with food and drinks. Not close to a VIP restaurant, the food terrible,the drinks bad, I rather had beer than the rum and punch, no live band, it was a dj and the music was not reggae.We just couldnt wait to get home and get a nice sleep again.
