The ship was fine but the large number of people and lack of any sort of organization at disembarkation caused massive headaches at two stops and on final day 1.5 to two hours to get off the ship on all three occasions Also another 1.5 hours to clear UK official on the ship. All could have been avoided with better control and organization. Also found all the common areas where crowded in the evenings and the Theatre was two small for the number of people so you had to book days in advance to get to see a show. H20 the bar and pool area at the back of the ship was very nice but understaffed, my estimate was about 150 or so people back there one day with one waiter. So everyone went to the bar that only had two bartender so it was three deep at times to get a drink.

Now there was some positive things about the cruise the food was great but again on some nights there didn;t seem to be enough wait staff to handle the number of people. The staff were very friendly and were trying very hard just weren't enough of them at times for the number of passengers. All in all I would not recommend this ship I have sailed with NCL on many occasion and will stick to their smaller ships in future.

Cabin ID

Cabin was fine except for lack of privacy in the shower and toilet, not a good idea

Port Reviews

Lisbon

Interesting city but there seemed to be a concern about pick pockets and such, police were even handing out flyers telling you what to do if you ran into trouble We took the walking tour which was very informative and not to0 strenuous But will on the tour a couple of local tried to get close to the group and the tour guide told them to get lost told us they were pick pockets

Barcelona

Loved the city very easy to get around walking

Malaga

We took the hop on hop off bus short walk for the ship and it was excellent did one complete loop and then got off at the spots that interested us, Ended up at the beach in a little cafe for a beer and snack very nice.

Cartagena (Colombia)

excellent place for a stop small enough that you could walk around and see everything you wanted to in a short time
