Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

I read the reviews before we went and I was a bit concerned as some seemed a bit harsh. We went with an open mind and it started well. Our balcony cabin was clean, comfortable bed and good shower. Our cabin attendant was lovely, always smiling and hard working. Lots of fresh bedding and towels. Unfortunately our cabin couldn't have been further from the buffet restaurants we seemed to walk miles every day. I would suggest looking at this kind of thing when booking. Up and down in lifts and even after 2 weeks we were still getting lost.

The sun loungers were squeezed along beside the pools and as there was no space at all between them it made it very difficult to get onto them and almost impossible to get off again. There was nowhere to put a bag or a drink. I felt the ship had two parts one for the chavs and the other for everyone else. Brodie's bar and the Casino and all together and when there are quizzes in Brodie's you struggle sometimes to play at the Casino and get a drink. Perhaps the Casino should be in a separate part altogether. I did feel the dance floor tiny and to be in the Atrium you were a bit like being in a goldfish bowl. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant and the food was good with plenty of choice. We enjoyed the ports of call but don't think we will be back on Azura as it wasn't what we were expecting
