We arrived at the pier at 11:30am and were on the ship in a matter of minutes. As diamond members it was a truly quick process. This was our first time on a Radiance class ship and Jewel was a beauty to see. The ship looks brand new and the public space is fine for most of the activities in board. The windjammer is also a great place to have an enjoyable meal and there is so much room outside for truly a cruising experience.

We left Florida on time after our muster drill. Captain Thor was great and will be one of the new captains on Oasis of the Seas. He has been with the company for 30 years and is a highly skilled individual. We had a table for 4 at dinner by the ocean window and I must tell you every night was a fantastic array of food for dinner. The quality has improved from last year and RCCL has done a great job in satisfying everyone's food preferences. The specialty restaurants are also magnificent and quality is outstanding.......Not one meal was bad and they prepared thousands during our ten days.

WE arrived at Labadee and had a good day at the beach. Water is fine but not hot like we are use to in April/July. Labadee is getting a dock to support Oasis of the Seas. So RCCL is putting money into their island.
