Beautiful cruise ship Viking Star. About 900 guests with sufficient staff resulted in a relaxing and fun cruise. Shore excursions every day but one allowed us to explore many European cities and historical sites. At least one daily excursion was included. Dinner at speciality restaurants were excellent with great food, wine and beer included, and service. Great selection at buffet for all meals and lunch and breakfast venues were very well thought out. Nice theater and show variety catered to different tastes. About the only negative was the free Venice excursion was chaotic disembarkation and confusing return to ship. Since this was last day on ship we docked close to noon. So very little time to explore Venice. Should have had one additional day here. I would highly recommend this cruise.

Cabin Review

Cabin Penthouse junior suite

Excellent cabin size with very nice balcony. Fully stocked beverage mini bar, guest laundry daily two flat screen tvs, free wifi. Staff was excellent and attentive. Bath had two vanities. Only complaint was bathroom always too warm.
