Mixed bag on this one, room was as expected we like an aft facing room and 13280 did not disappoint. Cabin was always clean and bed was comfy. Food was OK, we purchased the upgrade for 5 restaurants which was just OK with the exception of the Le Bistro which was outstanding. We found the bartenders & waiters to be very friendly and many have been with NCL for over 10 yrs, I wish I could say the same for the management. On the opening days they could not staff the bars adequately resulting in large frustrated crowds. In my humble opinion the supply chain manager should be fired. How do you run out of draft beer on the first day, mint the second and mojito mix the third? Really amateur. Lack of management led to an absolute fiasco when we had to line up for UK document control on the Thursday and disembarking on the Saturday, just hours in line for nothing; mismanagement at it's best. All in all we had a great time but I think we will return to Celebrity next year
